  1. Software Items:
    • All sales of software items are final and non-refundable. Once a software product has been purchased and the license key or activation code has been issued, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  2. Hardware Items:
    • Hardware items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
      • The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
      • A valid proof of purchase, such as the original sales receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
      • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
      • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  3. Damaged/Defective Items or Dead on Arrival (DOA):
