What is a Managed Solution & Why do I need one?

A Managed IT Solution is a service where a specialised provider, known as a Managed Service Provider (MSP), takes over the management and maintenance of a company’s IT infrastructure and systems. This includes tasks such as network management, cybersecurity, data backup and recovery, software updates, and providing help desk support. Essentially, the MSP ensures that the company’s technology environment is running smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

A business should consider a managed services provider (MSP) to leverage specialised expertise and advanced technology, ensuring their IT infrastructure is secure, efficient, and up to date without the high costs of an in-house team. Additionally, MSPs allow businesses to focus on their core operations by handling the complexities of IT management and reducing the risk of downtime and security breaches.
